My BIGGEST beef with this movie (aside from Doogie Howser) if the fact that they never even thought of reuniting the (remaining) original voice cast.
Robot Chicken can do it but these clowns can’t?

Well, Smurfette isn’t Papa Smurf’s daughter. She was made by Gargamel to trick the smurfs into one of his traps.
The movie screwed up for being a time travel film and it is stupid to mix cartoony CGI with live action like that. Keep it in mid-evil times, make it all CGI and introduce a new antagonist, maybe someone that’s actually competent.
@tigggy123 Dunno, I think good parenting is pretty important. And the movies you show your kids are a part of that. And I wasn’t talking about “good award-winning movies”, I was talking about good children’s movies. Stuff like Ice Age or sth. It was an entertaining children’s movie, but it was still well made and intelligent. Kids will like any shit you show them.

@shadoehaze In the opinion of 14 year old boy 10 year old girl and 33 year old mother whom grew up with the smurfs the moive is a wonder full film to see (realy good in 3D also) But there is some ation that may not be sutabule for a 3 year old! tho me my mum and sister loved this moive and cant wait for the next 2

omgg the trailer looks horrible! Why can’t they restore cartoons in their original glory rather than remake it into something horrible. And why are humans always involved!! (another example: alvin and the chipmunks. blech.)
