I have not yet received this product as of October 1st. I was suppose to receive it by September 21st. Therefore I can not rate it.

I have not recieved this item yet!!! I ordered another movie the same day as I ordered this one and recieved that movie four days later. Now it has been a month and payment was send but no movie. I will not order again until my problem is resolved.

I waited almost thirty days (like they told me to) and the dvd never came. After I complained they told me that the product was sold out now and that they could only refund my money. They did refund my money, but I did not have a gift ready for my three year old niece’s birthday.

Please advise me on how to resolve this problem. DVD was ordered on 4/29/09. Never received and Bubbles_222 was contacted and told me they would send another DVD. That also has not arrived here as of 5/29/09.
I have probably already paid off the credit card bill. What recourse do I have at this point. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
