I agree with all those movies were go. I never saw the original Omen. I rember vaguely from trips to blockbuster back when VHS were still big. That I recall there being at least 3 of them. I think they did more like 5 but the fourth and fifth one if they did were done kid of half ash. Kind of like children og Corns 4-6 before they stoped doing more sequels. The did a remake to omen a few years back I’m assuming it sucked or made minium money since I never heard of another remake being done.

I saw on TV. there plaining on making a movie for on of The prince of Pursa games which is not a good. Idea most video game movies fail miserble. Except for Super Mario brothers then Maybe the first 2 mortal kombat few videos game movies had any fans that like the alot.

HALLOWEEN didn’t start the slasher genre, as even J. Carpenter admited it that he took ideas from italian producers as Dario Argento and Mario Bava. The very first slasher movie was BAY OF BLOOD by Mario Bava.. sorry buddy I know it’s YOUR personal opinion on movies, but let’s not forget the facts

Ask how many people if they have ever heard of Bay of Blood by Mario Bava. Then ask them if they have ever heard of Halloween. It may not have been the FIRST EVER slasher movie, but it was the first one to become hugely successful. You do post some good info, but you can loose a little of the attitude. Almost every movie or book pays homage or borrows from something else. I think most people get the point I was making. Again good info in your post though.
